Please note that students are limited to the purchase of one unit of each electronic device category per academic year.  This includes a maximum of one laptop, one audio device(speaker), one Bluetooth device/accessory, and one of any other eligible electronic device category per student, per academic year.

The dates for financial aid usage for the 2026 - 2027 academic year are listed below...

Fall 2026: August 3, 2026 - October 7, 2026

Spring 2027: December 1, 2026 - February 24, 2027

Summer 2027: May 3, 2027 - June 2, 2027
